FLYT sauna

Select a date and time for the desired time. Choose between drop-in (90 min) and private booking (2 hours). If you choose drop-in, there is a shared sauna. If you choose private, you and your friends get the sauna alone.

When you have chosen a time, press order. Enter your name, telephone and email. You can pay by card or Vipps. You will be sent a code to the door.

There is a shared wardrobe with a separate changing room. Soap is not allowed in the shower as the water goes straight into the sea.

Bring swimwear and two towels (one to sit on). You can also rent towels. We recommend bringing a water bottle. If you want to save time, come in a dressing gown and slippers :)

For your own safety and that of others, we do not recommend alcohol in connection with the sauna and swimming. Alcohol is not permitted at the drop-in. For private bookings, up to 2 units per person are allowed. Read more under guidelines.
